U.S.A.  SHIPPING   INFORMATION We ship same or next day Priority Mail OR UPS from San Bernardino in S. California. ( any order containing any product ) Light weight orders will mail Priority Mail. Medium weight packages ship - UPS Ground, or faster - you select. Heavier weight packages ship - UPS Ground, or faster - you select. You may select  faster shipping  in shopping cart when ordering. Be  Advised Almost always, we ship the same or next day except on Friday orders received late in the day and Saturday/Sunday orders.  Orders placed on the week-end, will ship out on Monday. BE ASSURED that your order will be shipped the same or next day, depending on the time of the day that we receive it, except on week-ends. Your order will be shipped via Priority mail or UPS depending on the the method you selected in the Shopping Cart when placing your order.  Priority mail is usually three working days.  UPS Ground is usually delivered between 3 and 7 days, depending on your location from our shipping address. UPS will email you with Important Delivery Information, including the tracking number, the same day your shipment is picked up and scanned at our location. During the many years that we have been selling and shipping Bulls Balls and Big Boy Nuts all over the country to thousands of satisfied customers and one old sorehead, we have learned a few things about what can and does transpire once an order has been submitted for fulfillment.  You may pick up a tip or two and the information might enhance your  Truck Ball  buying experience. Scenario # 1   This the best scenario there is, we strive to make it happen every time. OK, you have submitted your order for the balls you liked, you got your order a few days later via Priority mail or UPS.  You open the box and check your balls; YEP, it is the right color, style and quantity, just like you ordered them. Excellent, you got what you ordered, on time - another happy customer . . . Please tell all your friends, we appreciate it ! POINT BEING : This is the best deal, everybody is happy, the balls are swinging, no problems ! Scenario # 2   This scenario happens semi - frequently, PLEASE order carefully. OK, you have submitted your order for the balls you liked, you got your order a few days later via Priority Mail or UPS.  You open the box and check your balls; YEP, it is the right color, style and quantity, just like you ordered them. However awhile later, for whatever reason, you decide that you want a different color or a different style, any reason you desire. Now it is time to contact us for a Return Authorization Number.  It is best to reply with the "Order Confirmation Email" you received when you placed your order initially OR call 928 . 635 . 4744, expain the situation and ask for your RA #. Once you receive the RA #, print out the  "Order Confirmation Email"  and write the RA # on it or write the number on a sheet of white paper regarding why and what you are returning. Package it up and mail it back any way you want to.  It would be nice if you emailed us to let us know it is on its way.  That speeds up the processing of your Order Credit too. Once we receive the returned items, and they are in like NEW condition, we calculate your "refund" of what is due.  There is a 20% re-stocking fee to reckon with also. POINT BEING : If you decide to return an order that has been properly filled, you need to get an RA #, return it at your own cost and expect a 20% re-stocking fee before we credit your credit card account. If the balls are damaged during the "return process" do to poor packaging for the return trip, there will be smaller credit OR no credits issued at all depending on the damage. Please pack and ship carefully. Scenario # 3   This scenario can be prevented, and almost always is . . . OK, you have submitted your order for the balls you liked, you got your order a few days later via Priority Mail or UPS.  You open the box and check your balls; DARN, they sent the wrong style, color or quantity. Our shipping department is well trained and strives to fill ALL orders promptly and correctly. However, on occasion a  "mistake happens" !  When it does, if we have not already caught the error and contacted you to explain what happened and what we have already done to correct it, contact us ASAP. PLEASE email us by "replying" to your  "Order Confirmation Email"  that you recieved when placing the order OR call 800 . 4915 . 1140 and let us know immediately. Once we are aware of the problem, we will do everything in our power to correct the order as quickly as possible at absolutley no cost to you what-so-ever. If the Original Order was ordered via an expedited shipping selection, such as UPS 3-day, 2-day or overnight, we do whatever it takes to get the correct items that you ordered on there way to arrive on or before the original date that you expected it to be there, at our cost. This is not always possible, especially if the order was shipped via 2-day or overnight. If the time constraints cannot be met, we will then do whatever it takes to console you. We will credit your credit card account the  "proper amount"  and arrange to have the order / box picked via UPS shortly at our expense OR work out a deal where both parties are satisfied. POINT BEING : We are sorry, if there was an error, on our part - however we will resolve it quickly as possible.  There will be no loose ends . . . Scenario # 4   This scenario can be prevented, however it still happens too often. OK, you have submitted your order for the balls you liked, you got your order a few days later via Priority Mail or UPS. Once it was opened, (sometimes not even opened) for WHATEVER REASON you box it back up and send it back to us, without even so much as an email OR phone call to let us know.  Of course no RA #, no nothing.  Just not a good personal or business way of doing things. We will credit your credit card account the  "proper amount"  as soon as we figure out who you are, this could take some time. POINT BEING : The order was placed and "filled" promptly, we respected your wishes.  Changing your mind is your right, that is not an issue, however some type of notification of your intentions would be considerate. Not being cool about your "return" under these circumstances is an issue with us. MORE   Information - PLEASE read the below TEXT . . . We mail / ship the same / next day always ! ALL orders are shipped Priority mail or UPS Ground - their five day service.  During the order process you may select faster service, faster service shipping costs will be shown in the shopping cart at that time for comparison purposes also. ALL orders containing sets of Truck Balls are shipped from San Bernardino, Cal., a Los Angeles area suburb.  Do not select overnight or two day for faster delivery, if you live within approximately 100 miles of San Bernardino, select three day at the most, it will get there anyway in 2-3 days even using UPS Ground, their 5 working day service. BTW: If you select 3-day, 2-day or overnight delivery, keep in mind that Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays, as well as the day of shipment are not considered days of delivery by UPS (ship days). I.E. if you order your balls on Thursday and specify 2 day delivery, you will receive your balls on Monday. Saturday delivery is an option from UPS, please specify this in your  " Special Instructions "  window when ordering.  However there will be an additional UPS $12.00 charge added to your credit card account, "IF" Saturday delivery is available.  Mostly UPS offers this in major cities, however in rural areas, this is sometimes not even an option.
