Return Authorization Procedure


RETURNS should be returned within 15 days from date order was RECEIVED.

You will need a Return Authorization Number (RA #) to return all or part of your order.  You can get your ( RA# ) three ways as indicated here :
  1. Reply with the -Confirmation Email- sent to you at the time the order was initially placed.

  2. Email johnd@bullsballs.com

  3. Call 928.635.4744

Once you have recieved your RA#, print a copy or write the info on the email "packing slip" you get back from us, and place inside the box of returning items and send to our address shown in the LOWER PART OF YOUR "PACKING SLIP".   also shown directly below:
