International Ordering Information
We have just opened our product line to international buyers.

Please read all of these instructions thoroughly.
International Ordering has been avoided by many online retailers because of the
rampant fraud and extra costs of customs and documentation, in the past. Because
of the huge variety of situations we cannot figure out the actual shipping and handling
cost automatically in our shopping cart, so we are implementing a special three step
ordering process. Most people can get thru the regular process without instructions,
but there is a twist to International Ordering, so we explain the entire process here so
you are ready for the experience.
- Place a normal Retail Order, and select International Ordering.
- Shipping costs will be emailed to you for your approval with a link.
- Click the link to add your Credit Card info for final checkout.
International Ordering instructions will show up on the Shopping Cart pages, and it is very
important that you read all of the little notes on each page so we can get your order processed as
easily and accurately as possible the first time. Here is a detailed description of each of
these three steps as listed above.
Step 1 - Place your Order.
- Place your order using our regular Retail Order Page.
All of our offered products are on this one page. Select your product, change the
quantity of that item and then click the ADD button. Our shopping cart will pop-up
onto a new page showing normal domestic pricing and shipping estimates. Continue to
do this until you have all the products you wish to order added to the shopping cart.
If you need to, you can also change the quantities or remove items all there in the shopping
cart page.
- Select the International button when you are satisfied with the quantity and selections
you have added. You will notice that quantity discounts have been removed, and you are
no longer asked for a zip/postal code. There is no shipping cost estimated either, as we
will need to research all of the shipping and handling costs for International Orders.
Again, there are NO Quantity Discounts on International Orders.
- When you are satisfied, you can click the Continue button for a recap of the Sub-Total and
additional ordering instructions. Please read them all carefully before continuing on to
our Secure Server for addressing information.
- Click the Secure Server button. This takes you to our 'secure 'server' where all of the
sensitive information will be securely entered into the shopping cart form. It is very important
that you enter all of this information accurately and completely. The Buyers information must
be that which is the billing address of the credit card you will be using. The Shipping
name and address area is for where this order will be shipped to.
- Click the Preview button. This is the final review of your order before submitting it
to our system for our shipping departments review and calculation of the actual shipping and
handling costs. We do not mark this up as many on-line retailers do. We try and make as
close to actual costs to us as we can.
- Click the Checkout button. This will present you with you last Shopping Cart screen.
It is a summary of the order you just placed, with notes to remind you how we will proceed with your
International order. An Email will be sent to you with your entire order without shipping costs
so you have a copy, along with a repeat of all of the instructions as well.
Step 2 - Shipping Costs Email.
- Shipping Costs will be emailed to you as soon as we can determine the actual costs for
shipping and handling of your order to the address you provided. Because this is based on what
you entered on the form, there is no provisions for changing this information since our shipping
cost quote to you is based on this exact information you presented only. This may take
an hour or two as our people must research your ordering information. This can only happen during
normal business days, so it could be delayed over the weekend or holidays as well.
- If you wish to change any of the Billing or Shipping information on your order, you will have
to discard this order and place a new order with the correct information. This is why we
stress that you get this information entered accurately in the beginning.
- Of course, it can almost goes without saying that you need to double check your Email address too,
as Step 2 will never happen without a good and proper email address. Be sure your Email spamming
filters are set to allow Email from BullsBalls.com and PopCart.com to
carry thru into your inbox. Most people will need to make this extra effort. If you do not
get your initial (Step 1) Email copy, then it means you forgot to do this right away, and we would
never be able to get to this part of the process.
- A Payment Link will be included in this copy of your order. You will see that applicable
sales tax (if required) is based on the Credit Card holders Billing Address. This will only be
applied if it is an Arizona, USA Credit Card Billing address. Our Shipping costs will also be
shown on this Email copy so you can see the total of the order before you click the payment link.
If all of this is accurate and acceptable to you, click the link provided in this email.
Step 3 - Final Checkout.
- Our Credit Card Payment page will appear in your browser on PopCart.com, our Shopping Cart Secure
Server that we use for all of our secure information. Check all of your billing and shipping
information before you enter your Credit Card info, as none of this can be changed at this time.
That is why we stressed that it be accurate in the beginning. We have to do this because
we are quoting the Sales Tax and Shipping Costs based only on this exact information.
- Enter your Card Info as provided for on this on-line form. Be sure to indicate the Card
Type, and the CCVN (Credit Card Verification Number) along with the exact expiration date. If
you choose to not place this information on-line, you can always call it in during normal business
hours of 9am to 5pm Pacific Standard Time in the US. Call our order line at 1.928.635.4744
and someone will help you complete your order and answer any questions you may have.
You can also FAX in this information any day, any time, to Our Williams, Arizona at 1.928.635.1995
and include your order number, Credit Card Number, Card Type, CCVN and expiration Date. We will
finish the processing of your order for you. If there are any problems we will email you about it.
- Final Checkout is the next step, and like before, you will be presented with a representation
of the order you have just placed. Click the CheckOut button and your Credit Card payment will
be sent securely to our Payment Gateway for accuracy checking and funds transfer. If there are
any problems with this part of the process, you will need to check your Credit Card information and
backup to correct the values you submitted. If you know it should be processed, then you can
call our Ordering Information line at 1.928.635.4744 and we may be able to help you complete
your order.
- A Confirmation Email of the entire transaction will be sent to you with a copy of your order
and all of the costs and totals. Please read the additional information on that Email as it
will let you know what you can expect in terms of shipping date and times. Since we are only
able to send International Orders thru the United States Postal Service, we can NOT guarantee that
our estimates are perfect. Hopefully they will deliver your new Balls in a timely manner, and
provide you with the enjoyment that we have been bringing our many customers for ten years.
