We will send you The Originals FRee !
Send as many of these small bumpernuts or trucknutz imitations that you may have,
we will send one Big Boy Nuts back to you, one for one, free of charge, via Priority Mail - three day service.
Ok, here is the deal, almost weekly we get emails and/or phone calls from people who have ordered from one of our imitators and say something like: Boy, I wish I had ordered from you in the first place, I would have saved myself a lot of hassle, time and money because I had to return them. (return postage) (they all say it differently, however it's most always about time, hassle and money)
* Typically, it goes like this : A few weeks ago i ordered some nuts from one of the websites that were all selling the same bumper nuts. I did so because they kind of looked like yours, which i really would have preferred, however these were cheaper and looked pretty much the same (imitations). I thought, what the heck, i'll save some money. When i got them in the mail over two weeks later i was really disappointed, they were too small, not really built for a larger truck and they were made of rubber, which i remember reading, but didn't realize how fragile that made them and the hole for the bolt was so small, i didn't think it big enough for a strong bolt to hold them on the truck safely.
I put them back in the box and sent them back without even installing them. Later I ordered some of your Big Boy Nuts, when I got them (within a few days) they were great. They were solidly built and certainly big enough to look good on my truck. The nuts also had a 1/2" size hole to hang them with a large enough bolt. There was no comparison between the bulls balls and the cheaper rubber bumper nuts.
* The other thing we hear a lot is how the hard rubber ones break at the hole too, not tear but actually bend back far enough to crack.
This is true of the hollow cast aluminum bumper nuts also, except they break completely off by the hole. (weak point) They look pretty but snap right in two with just a little scrape against a rock or the speed bump from Hell.
Other comments are about what we refer to around here at BullsBalls.com as the " ping pong " balls.
* They are just a small piece of plastic shaped like two small balls with a hole at the top and carry the word 'novelty' to the extreme as far as truck balls go. Were not sure what these were designed to hang on - quads and small bikes, i suspect. They are too small and kind of inexpensive, however you get what you pay for, most people don't even know what they are after they are attached to the bikes. The concensus amongst most people in the industry is that they arn't very funny.

We get many emails from customers and other people who just want to share their thoughts about Truck Balls and why people would want to hang them on their vehicles. Most are really funny, observing and worth a look .
Below is an email that we received from a new customer a few days ago, that was so well researched by him that he discovered what is already a well known fact in our industry today. So we decided to come up with this   Imitator Buy Back Program to see how many people will take us up on this great offer. We will keep a running tally as the boxes roll in, and post it below weekly.
Hello BullsBalls, Larry here,
I just purchased a set of your bulls balls with the chain and lock for my new Dodge 3/4 ton. Shortly after I bought the truck I seen some of these nuts hanging from another truck, laughed my fool head off and then decided to find them on the Internet and buy some. I searched for and to my surprise found several sites selling these crazy things, including your site bullsballs.com. It did not take long to realize that the biggest ones were bulls balls and obviously the original of these funny novelties.
I found that they are made out of many things including ABS, rubber, aluminum and plastic. At first that didn't mean much to me, however after further research, one of the deciding factors that led me to buy from you guys is that your products are made out of ABS (very strong material) verses rubber, plastic or cast aluminum, which are not.
Another factor was that they are the biggest nuts and actually look like what they should look like. All the other ones were much smaller and I guess, were designed for bikes and cars.
I actually called and talked to four different website companies about their products and prices, much to my dismay, three of them were the same company, just had different names and were all selling the same nuts.
Your company, the gal was very knowledgeable, funny and friendly and did not try to sell me anything the whole conversation. The other prople just kept referring me back to their websites for answers and to order there if I wanted to. (turned me off) While doing my research, it soon become apparent, that bullsballs.com was the originators of bulls balls and that all the other companies had not only copied your idea (the American way) but had obviously used many of your ideas and thoughts on their sites as well. (very obvious & easy to spot) Bullsballs.com seems to take their business serious and sell a serious product which make people laugh, the imitators seem to be in it for the quick easy buck.
Also apparent was the fact that the imitators had many sites all of which were owned by the same people, (I looked them up in the Internet Whois Directory) selling the same thing and cluttering up the listings on the search engines making researching much more difficult. (another big turn-off)
In conclusion, my thoughts are, if you're looking for the best product to hang on your vehicle, go with the original truck ball company because they have the largest and strongest product line out there. Good friendly service, fast shipping and a strong product guarantee. BTW: I am a retired engineer, been addicted to the Internet for years and take my product research very serious before I invest my money on anything I buy on the "net." The Internet is not like it was years ago, you have to really watch yourself while surfing and purchasing items these days.
In closing, thanks for a product that makes most people laugh and marketing it in a professional, honest manner.
Somewhat rare on the net these days.
Sincerely, Larry Wells, Engineer - U.S. citizen and patriot !
Time Line of Bumpernuts Replacements Mailed . . .
1. Week of 5/15/06 - We received 5 "sets of bad nuts for Free replacement." 3 rubber bumpernuts, 1 of the cast aluminum bumpernuts and 1 ping pong set. (this the first week of this FRee replacement promotion)
2. Week of 5/22/06 - We received 2 additional rubber bumpernuts.
3. Week of 5/29/06 - This was a busy week, two aluminum sets and three of the little ping pong type arrived in the mail yesterday and a car club member emailed and indicated that the whole club had elected to take us up on our offer and wanted to know if we would exchange that many, of course we agreed and they are sending in 14 of the rubber bumpernuts on Monday.
4. Week of 6/5/06 - This week we have recieved the 14 sets from the car club (all brand new) and two more of the bumpernuts chromed with the chrome peeling off.
5. Week of 6/12/06 - This week has been business as usual, we received five more sets of those rubber bumpernuts and 1 ping pong set. All of our Big Boy replacements went out this week via Priority Mail - 3day delivery.
6. Week of 6/19/06 - 2 bumper nuts so far, whoa - ugly green. On Friday we received 3 more sets of yellow bumper nuts, a total of 5 bad sets this week.
7. Week of 6/26/06 - isn't this disgusting, they just keep coming on in. six bumper nuts and three ping pong's.
8. Week of 7/2/06 - Thank goodness, the holidays slowed the arrivals down some, only 4 ping pongers, after the long week-end.
9. Week of 7/9/06 - We got our first aluminum nuts this week. They were broken on the backside, probably hit a rock.
10. Week of 7/16/06 - Two more rubber bumper nuts
11. Week of 7/23/06 - By golly, this week, we got a whole _ _ _ _ pot full of the ping pong nuts and one bummer nuts (bumper nuts), brown - painted black, what a mess !
12. Week of 7/30/06 - Hey, no bad nuts this week, maybe there weren't that many out there to begin with...
13. Week of 8/06/06 - oh, oh we spoke to soon, 3 more bad bumper nuts showed up on thursday.
14. Week of 8/13/06 - Here it is only noon on Friday and the mail lady just dropped off a box of four bumper nuts, we call it litter control !
15. Week of 8/20/06 - No bad ping pong balls this week. However this week we became aware of another quality control problem from bumpernuts.com. Two sets of badly painted bumper nuts arrived from two different people. We were only slightly surprised to see that the camouflaged nuts were "hand painted" and with absolutely NO protective clear coatings on them to protect the badly painted outside surface, will it never end. Caveat Emptor = Buyer Beware.
16. Week of 8/27/06 - We got a phone call from a guy who bought a set of bumpernuts.com LED-lighted nuts and said he had similar problems with them as we had, ( read on our product analysis ) when he tried to install them. After he hooked them electrically, the glow was very disappointing and the wires coming out of the back of the nuts were poorly attached also, he wanted to know if we would take them under our " free replacement program." Of course we did, once we get them, we will send him out a pair of our Second Generation Bulls Balls with lock and chain. Since he paid what seems to be an exorbitant price for them, (LED's are very cheap at wholesale prices) we agreed to send him our chrome set, to ease the pain of a bad purchase from bumpernuts.com. View the problems we had with our purchase from them for product analysis.
17. Week of 9/3/06 - Finally a week with NO bad nuts came in this week, everybody getting ready for the big Labor Day week-end, i guess...
18. Week of 9/10/06 - Well, after everybody had a long week-end, bad bumpernuts started arriving, 3 chrome sets with the "peeling" factor and 1 red set arrived. All of our free replacements went out by friday afternoon.
19. Week of 9/17/06 - Three bumpernuts this week. I just realized that it has been about three months since we started this "clean up" program program, so i thought i would do a total count.  Of course bumpernuts was the overwhelming "product" to be mailed in for our free replacements, forty two sets of all various designs and colors, some of them even brand new. Only 12 of the ping pong nuts were received. The reason for that is they are really designed for a different market then trucks, except for the smaller trucks.
Keep sending those little nuts on in, for FRee replacement. We have decided to continue the program till the end of the year and then take a picture of all the "bad nuts" and post it here on this page, before we haul them off to the garbage dump...
20. Week of 9/24/06 - Who ever heard of an avalanche nuts, we have? This week was the largest amount of "bad nuts" to come in so far, except for the car club mentioned earlier. Eleven sets of rubber bumper nuts, all from different people. Three of the sets were bumpernuts.com's version of camouflaged nuts, can you believe it, you can see that they were painted with an aerosol can by some kid in a garage. Click here to see some professional camouflaged nuts. We are simply amazed by this whole program, we feel really good about cleaning up Americas highways. Grin...
21. Week of 10/01/06 - They are still being mailed in, three more of those little bumpernuts, will it never end?
22. Week of 10/08/06 - Not much to say, bumper nuts = 4 this week...
23. Week of 10/15/06 - Bumper nuts = just two this week.
24. Week of 10/22/06 - One ping pont set and two bumper nuts.
25. Week of 10/29/06 - oh oh, none this week ! That is OK, we have seen enough of those anyway.
26. Weeks of 11/05/06 through 12/31/06 - Well we finally have SHUT OFF the free replacement program, it was a huge success and we were happy to rid the highways of the litter. Happy Holidays...
