If you are planning to sell any of our products on-line, via your own website or any of the many auction websites, We recommend that you match our retail prices as posted on our website(s).

This is to make it fair for ALL of our dealers that sell on the Internet.

In closing, however you as a dealer, may set your prices for any / all of our products that you feel pertinent for your business, whether on-line, retail stores or at special events, as in the past.

All of the above fields need to be filled out in this application, except for the Arizona Resale Account Number, which is only required for Arizona Retailers.  Arizona Retailers 'without this number' will have to be charged the standard Arizona Sales Tax. Here is a form you can fill out that you can fax to us at 928.635.1995: Arizona Resale Certificate Form, as we must have a copy on-file.  Occasionally, we also may request this information from California Retailers as our products are shipped from our manufacturing plant in California.

It is important that you double check all the above information for accuracy.

* Your Password (choose what you like) must be alpha numeric, and NO special symbols, nor spaces, please. It should be 6 to 12 characters. Be sure to write this password down, so you may re-enter this page for access to the Dealer Discount Order Form.

We will email this information to you upon completion and approval of your application.  It will include your Dealer Account Number and Password confirmation.  Information not needed at this time will be accepted upon placing your first order.

The Billing address and shipping information for this account will be added when you fill it out in the Shopping Cart with your first completed order.  Any necessary changes, on subsequent orders will also change/update your Master File information with this new information.
