Allthenutz.com is NOT an authorized dealer, the Hamm Brothers, first David has
tried several times over the past years and just recently the other bother
Kenneth, the vicious one, submitted his application requesting to be a dealer for us.
I asked them to fax us a copy of their "sales tax" and "business License", as we
do with many potential dealers, always in Arizona and sometimes for California
applications. They refused, so we assumed they either did not have one or
the other or both.
However, I know very well, this whole dealer request thing by of them, was just
another form of harassment of my company as they have been doing over the years.
At the present and for well over a year, they have acquired our products, from some
other reputable dealer of ours and placed them on their site to achieve several goals.
They are :
* To Piss us off...
* Achieve more traffic and sales from potential buyers, who may be searching for
"truck balls, bulls balls" because their site comes up along with ours.
* They also achieve this goal be using our 'registered trademark' which legally
requires them to have our permission to use the mark "bulls balls" which of course,
they have not asked and would not get our permission anyway.
* We do not and will not be associated with any website where the owners are like
these two brothers, unscrupulous and with no ethics within their personal and
business lives. Kenneth and David have strong sociopath qualities and are
totally lying in almost everything they post about myself, my webmaster and
business all over the Internet.
Even with all the nasty things they do, we still, continue to grow and prosper
while they still operate their business out of their garage, hiding behind free
anonymous email addresses, fake names and postoffice box addresses.
We will prevail, because people like these two brothers, will always continue to be
the losers, they have always been...

Well, Hamm is still being the conniver, that he is, and has done it again! More misleading, incorrect information and selling our used products at seriously inflated prices, just to be able to use our "registered trademark" for the search engines.
Imagine paying $80.00 for a pair of our used 1st Generation Bulls Balls® and indicating that the shipping weight is 53 pounds, when they actually weigh about 2 lbs. to get them to you...

There dozens of sites out there now selling truck nuts under the name of
'Bull Balls' and 'Bulls Balls'® that are not the
Original Bulls Balls® from
BullsBalls.com, many of them are bad replicas of our Big Boys™ Style and
are made in China. Usually they will be selling them under the name
of Bull(singular) Balls. (Still a violation of trademark law.)
They are imported from China by a company by the name of United Pacific Industries, Inc.
and under the name PacAnt at:
uapac.com
and sold under the name of 'Bull Balls'. By doing so, they and all the
companies and their websites that re-sell those products are infringing on
our
Trademarked & Brand Name of 'Bulls Balls'®.
We have been emailing all the companies/websites, per our legal counsel,
with mixed results. Most have cooperated and removed our Trademark 'Bull(s)
Balls'® from their sites and others have not,
we are making three requests over a period of two weeks, the ones that do
not comply, will be dealt with further legal action.
The websites that have so far refused to acknowledge our Trademark rights are:
