ABS Plastic Truck Nutz
from
yournutz.com
or their dealers.

This "style" of truck nuts has been around since the mid-80's and was designed, created and was a molded product done in "hard rubber" by a lady in Northern Nevada.

She marketed through print ads prior to the Internet and we feel she is The ORIGINAL Creator of the idea of Truck Nuts.

Although the owner of yournutz.com, David Hamm likes to promote himself vehemently as the original truck nuts on the net.  Therefore implying that he is the originator of the product, and is done for marketing purposes.  Of course, this is only our opinion as we just don't see his claim to follow our research.

Their dealers have their prices at various levels.  The service, shipping costs etc. all vary of course.  Some dealers such as trucknutzandbikerballz.com are outrageously overpriced as well as violating our trademarks and copyrighted pictures.  trucknutzandbikerballz.com actually uses pictures of "Bulls Balls®" and "BigBoys" on some of our customers vehicles stolen from our "customers photo page", on his web-site to help sell his products, not only unethical but in violation of copyright laws.  (we are dealing with this situation through the legal system at the present time)

BullsBalls.com, of course, is the ORIGINAL Bulls Balls and BigBoy Nuts Company which is truly the First Bulls Balls Truck Nuts on the Internet.

We expanded on this Original, unique idea that the lady from Nevada developed by creating a whole new look based on the idea that in America - BIGGER is BETTER, our Two Pounders, proved this philosophy, because we quickly moved to the forefront and now are the Leaders in the Truck Ball Industry, as we know it today, in our humble opinion. (grin)

Also, in our opinion, the Nevada lady and all succeeding imitations, with exception of our version created in 2007, were created with two major weak points from the Git Go.  Any company, (namely yournutz.com first and then bumpernuts.com secondly) who closely imitated the lady from Nevada's size and look, still have the same two weak points.

The two weak points indicated above are:

  • #1 - The hanging hole is only large enough to allow a 1/4" or smaller bolt.  No chain worth mentioning is strong enough to fit through the 5/16" hole, as the hole would be too small.
  • #2 - The surrounding hole area and therefore the entire upper "sack area" is the same thinness and prone to breaking if mounted rigidly instead of in a manner to allow the nuts to swing.

To help reduce impromptu theft, all nuts should be hung with a larger, stronger chain or a thicker, heaver aircraft type cable.  Bolt cutters would have to be used because anything less than that is too easily cut with pliers or wire cutters. The smaller hole will not allow the appropriate size chain or cable.
